The palace operates from January 1 to March 31 and November 1 to December 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM-4:30 PM.
During April 1 to October 31, operating hours extend to Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM-5:30 PM.
Last entry to all palace areas is permitted 30 minutes before closing time.
The New Pavilion remains closed from January 1 to March 31.
From April 1 to October 31, the New Pavilion opens only on Sundays from 10:00 AM-5:30 PM.
The Mausoleum is accessible from April 1 to October 31, Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 AM-5:30 PM.
Reduced-price tickets are available for children, students, trainees, Federal Volunteers (BFD) or Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) participants, severely disabled persons with at least 50% disability rating, and recipients of Arbeitslosengeld I unemployment benefits, with proper identification required.
New Pavilion access requires a separate ticket available at ticket counters in Charlottenburg Palace, the Old Palace, or the New Wing, with guided tours offered in German or English.
