İstinye Park stands as one of Istanbul’s most prestigious and luxurious shopping destinations, seamlessly blending modern retail excellence with traditional Turkish architectural elements. This premier shopping center features 291 stores across 85,250 m² (917,600 sq ft) of retail space, complemented by four levels of underground parking.

The mall’s innovative design incorporates both enclosed and open-air sections, creating a unique shopping experience that sets it apart from conventional shopping centers. The open-air section features a green central park and offers street-side shopping, while the center includes an authentic Turkish food bazaar inspired by Turkish architecture and history.

The Grand Rotunda serves as the centerpiece – a four-level arena-like entertainment space beneath a segmented shell, supported by a central exterior mast over three panoramic elevators. The 75-meter-diameter hard-shell canopy encloses a 9-meter diameter vertically moving stage, featuring kinetic water sculptures animated with lights and music.

Since its opening in September 2007, İstinye Park has established itself as a premier destination housing over 300 international and local brands, ranging from high-end designer labels like Prada, Armani, Chanel, and Dior to popular high-street brands like Zara and Max Mara. The complex also features the city’s first IMAX Theater and an extensive dining area.
