About This Attraction
Madame Tussauds Berlin opened its doors to the public in 2008 on the city’s prestigious Unter den Linden Boulevard, just down the road from the Brandenburg Gate. As the eighth Madame Tussauds attraction in the world, it offers an immersive visitor experience.
The museum features more than 120 lifelike wax figures of famous personalities, including international stars, sports legends, politicians, and historical figures. Through interactive sets, elegant costumes, and cutting-edge technology, visitors can create unique experiences that go far beyond normal photos with numerous costume options and interactive opportunities.
The attraction features multiple themed zones including Berlin Vibes (experience Berlin’s nightlife, become a DJ, step into a Teledisko), A-List area (Hollywood’s biggest stars with red carpet and VIP feeling), Football zone (practice shots with legends like Manuel Neuer and Joshua Kimmich), Berlin 100 (journey through 100 years of Berlin history), and Babylon Berlin (atmosphere of the Golden Twenties).
Among those on display are German politicians through the ages, American presidents, Albert Einstein, Sigmund Freud, musical legends from Ludwig van Beethoven to modern stars, and celebrities from around the world like Nicole Kidman and Brad Pitt. Best of all: touching is definitely allowed, though visitors are asked to treat the figures with respect at all times.
